Sessions are 50 minutes. I do offer 90 minutes for couples and families at an additional cost.

  • Currently, not taking insurance

  • I do offer a limited number of sliding scale spots for low income clients and OHP clients.

    • Lowest sliding scale fee of $100/session
  • Our first meeting will be a virtual appointment for 15 minutes, free of charge

  • 90% of my clients will be charged flat rates:

    • Individual 50 minutes – $154

    • Couple(two people) 50 minutes – $206

    • Family (3+ people) sessions 50 minutes – $257

    • 90 minutes sessions – $283

 

  •   Sliding scale rates are available for clients experiencing financial hardship. The minimum rates that I am willing to work for:
    • Individual: $100/session minimum
    • Couples: $134/session minimum
    • Groups: $167/session minimum

 

  •  Sliding scale availability is limited and determined case-by-case.
    90 minute sessions are available upon request, and price will be increased by 25% of standard session price.
 
  • In an effort to make therapy more accessible, I offer evening and weekend appointments! Offering slots that start as late as 7pm, even on Sundays!

I require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations will incur a fee equal to the cost of the session.

Yes, I offer online therapy sessions for continuing clients who cannot make it to the office. However, in-person sessions need to be the primary form of our sessions.

 These sessions are conducted via a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform to ensure your privacy and confidentiality.

I utilize a blend of narrative and emotion-focused therapy, combined with somatic techniques to enhance self-awareness. My approach is culturally competent and considers intergenerational trauma and socio-cultural influences.
